Partially inspired by the Light and Space movement of the 60’s and 70’s, “The Moonstone” is a further exploration of the artist’s materials, but with a larger focus on the sculptural elements.

As part of the “Aquaforms” series, this work resembles water in motion. The monochromatic and fluid design can be equated to the haptic connection one experiences when interacting with water in nature. Thus resulting in a sense of calmness within its viewers.
