Inspiration for the evocative wall art and sculptural pieces, is born from the perceptive eye Doreen Mellen casts on every experience and visual cue that surrounds her. Memories from her childhood in Tasmania, images from the many places she has lived in and visited around the world, as well as real people are featured in her approachable and often thought-provoking body of work.
