Astier de Villatte’s Tucson Incense conjures the wild, cinematic beauty of the American Southwest — giant cacti sculpted by heat, vibrant adobe streets, and the hush of desert air thick with dust and sunlight. Designed with Alexandra Monet, the fragrance blends smoky–sweet notes of wild grasses, parched wood, immortelle, and red earth heated by the sun. Rosemary, oregano, thyme, laurel, and black pepper scatter herbal sparks through the composition, while rose, cedar, vetiver, birch, and patchouli add depth and desert-cool shadow.

Handmade on the Japanese island of Awaji, each stick is crafted by Master Koh-shis using time-honored techniques: blending natural woods and resins, kneading the aromatic dough, shaping it by hand, and drying it in the ocean wind. The result is incense with remarkable purity, character, and atmospheric strength.

A box includes 125 sticks, each offering 30 minutes of warm, transportive burn.
