A sun-drenched wander through Marseille — the city of contrasts, where bustling port streets give way to quiet, wind-swept paths overlooking the Calanques. The Marseille Candle captures that shift in atmosphere: aromatic rosemary and lavender warmed by Mediterranean sun, bright lemon, tender clover, and the soft depth of fig, cedar, and tonka. Designed with perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer, it is a fragrance that feels herbaceous, luminous, and effortlessly transportive.

Poured in Astier de Villatte’s signature plant-based wax with a touch of beeswax, the candle burns cleanly and diffuses its scent with exceptional clarity. A pure cotton wick ensures a long, even burn. Each piece is presented in a hand-blown Tuscan glass vessel — subtly grey, delicately bubbled, and quietly timeless. Labels and packaging are printed on vintage lead presses, honoring the maison’s devotion to traditional craft.
