Astier de Villatte Palais D'Hiver Scented Candle

A quiet breath inside St. Petersburg’s Winter Palace. The Palais d’Hiver Candle captures the grandeur of gilded ballrooms and tall windows washed in cold morning light. Musky patchouli mingles with soft white florals, evoking the graceful, opulent aura of the tsarinas moving through rooms draped in history. The result is a scent that feels luminous, elegant, and softly decadent — a winter palace distilled in fragrance.

Hand-poured in Astier de Villatte’s signature plant-based wax with a touch of beeswax, the candle burns cleanly and diffuses beautifully from first light to final flicker. A pure cotton wick ensures an even, trace-free burn. Each candle rests in a hand-blown Tuscan glass vessel — subtly grey, delicately bubbled, and entirely singular. Labels and packaging are produced on vintage lead presses, preserving the maison’s devotion to traditional craft.
